File imports
No API? No problem.
Most fuel cards, toll agencies, and ELDs don't open their systems to software companies. They all let you download a report. TruckWisely reads those reports as they are.
- Step 1
Export from your provider
Download the transaction, toll, or IFTA mileage report as CSV from the portal you already use.
- Step 2
Drop it in
Dates, units, states, gallons, and amounts are recognized automatically, even with the provider's own column names.
- Step 3
Review and save
Check every row first. Re-importing the same file never creates duplicates, and DEF and fees stay out of IFTA.
Straight answers
What the badges mean
- LiveA real connection that syncs on its own. Shown as connected only after it actually succeeds.
- Built inPart of TruckWisely and running for every account, like FMCSA lookups and AI document reading.
- CSV import / exportWorks today with the file your provider already gives you, or the file we hand to them.
- Partner accessNeeds an agreement with the provider. Each one shows what to use in the meantime.
Encrypted keys
Stored encrypted, never shown again, and scoped to your company only.
Read-only where possible
We ask providers for read access only, and every sync and import is in your audit log.
Requests drive the roadmap
Tell us which partner integrations you need and we prioritize those agreements.
Integration questions
Is my ELD supported?+
Samsara, Motive, Geotab, and Zonar connect live for truck locations, odometer, and fuel. Every other ELD on this page works for IFTA by importing its state mileage report, and reports with one row per state import as-is.
Do I need a developer to connect anything?+
No. Live connections take a pasted read-only key or a sign-in. File imports take a CSV from the provider's portal. If a column isn't recognized, rename the header and import again.
What does Partner access mean?+
Some providers, like load boards and EDI trading partners, only allow connections after a partner agreement. We list them so you know where they stand, and each card shows the workaround, like uploading the rate con for the AI to read.
Is it safe to connect my accounts?+
Keys are encrypted and never shown again, we ask for read-only access where the provider offers it, and you can disconnect at any time. Every connection and import is recorded in your audit log.
My provider isn't listed. What now?+
Email support@truckwisely.com with the provider's name. Most can already import by CSV, and requests decide what we connect next.
